Requirements

Find the mechanical properties of SRAD (student researched and developed) composites.

Simulate loadings on body tubes, fins, and other composite rocket parts.

Optimize fin plates (different weaves, manufacture technique, etc.).
Learning Objectives

Fundamental Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

Gain hands-on experience in conducting Instron tests.

Use experimental data to validate and refine FEA models.
